Ecosystem And technology

 

    I have realized the Technology is pretty much everywhere and affects almost all aspects of life. Until now, I never really thought about what the world is really going to be like in the future, but I am learning now that there are certain groups of people and organizations working together to make a better tomorrow. As I watched this week's educational video, I learned a lot but also, I am intrigued and in deep thought as I write this since, as mentioned in the video- "The art and design have power to imagine other possible futures, but the question is How do we build them?" 

    I try to think about what I can do in order to contribute to these other possible futures, but nothing really comes to mind. I mean, I do like many of us do recycle, using re-usable bags, try to be more eco-friendly but my question is, how can I be part of this bigger group in order to get closer to this better future world goals? Perhaps pursuing a higher degree in education? At this point, I am not too certain how to answer this. I do know that I am Glad there are people using technology in such a way that can get us closer to a better future, because I know this is the only Place in the universe that we all can co-exist and not doing our part in order to take care of this planet will eventually lead us to extinction.

I ask, what exactly is a better future? Is building the goal even accomplishable? I'd like to think that yes, it is accomplishable. It will be hard to get there but eventually as a society we will get there.
